Описание: In this Packet Tracer lab, we demonstrate how to configure Static Routing between two routers in a simple network topology.
You’ll learn how to assign IP addresses, test basic connectivity, and configure static routes to enable communication between two different LANs.

This lab is ideal for beginners in networking and students preparing for CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.

🔧 Lab Setup:
Router R1 Gi0/0 → Switch1 → PC1 (192.168.1.0/24)
Router R2 Gi0/0 → Switch2 → PC2 (192.168.2.0/24)
R1 Gi0/1 ↔ R2 Gi0/1 (10.0.0.0/24)

IP Details:
Router R1 Gi0/0 – 192.168.1.1/24
Router R1 Gi0/1 – 10.0.0.1/24
Router R2 Gi0/0 – 192.168.2.1/24
Router R2 Gi0/1 – 10.0.0.2/24
PC1 – 192.168.1.2/24
PC2 – 192.168.2.2/24

🧭 Steps Covered:
Configure Router R1 interfaces with IP addresses
Configure Router R2 interfaces with IP addresses
Assign IP addresses to PCs
Test basic connectivity from PC1
Configure static route in Router R1
Configure static route in Router R2
Verify routing tables with show ip route
Test connectivity between PC1 and PC2

⏱️ Timestamps:
0:00 – Network Topology
0:55 – Router R1 Interface Configuration
1:42 – Router R2 Interface Configuration
2:28 – PCs IP Address Configuration
3:05 – Check Connectivity from PC1
4:15 – Router R1 Static Routing Configuration
5:21 – Router R2 Static Routing Configuration
6:10 – Check Connectivity from PC1
6:45 – Check Connectivity from PC2

📘 Key Commands Used:
ip route [destination-network] [subnet-mask] [next-hop-IP]
show ip route

📚 Learning Outcome:
After this lab, you’ll understand:
What static routing is
How routers forward packets between different networks
How to verify routes and test network connectivity
