NO PC is needed, NO importing, just simple replacement of dff files using Gta ImgTool. Detailed instructions on HOW TO INSTALL this car pack in your Gta San Andreas Android is stated below:

INSTRUCTIONS: (1) Ensure that you have Gta ImgTool and Zarchiver or WinRar installed on your device.
(2) Download file from the link below.
(3) Extract file after downloading.
(4) Copy/ cut and paste extracted file to device storage.
(5) Go to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb and look for gta3.img and select it.
(6) Replace dff files with the ones in my pack you've downloaded.
(7) When you've completed all the replacements, Rebuild archive, run the game and enjoy!
