Todays Ingredients

Loaded Potato Skins
8-10 medium potoatos
250g diced cooked bacon
1.5tsp butter
Small bunch chives
1/2 cup cheese + extra for topping potato skins
Salt
Olive oil spray

Mini Pizza
1cup greek yogurt
1 cup Self Raising Flour
Pinch salt
1 tsp dried Mixed Italian herbs

Top with pizza sauce
My pizza sauce:
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup ready made pasta sauce
1 Tbs mixed Italian herbs
Mozzarella cheese to top
Any toppings you desire


Savoury Pancake/Fritters
1 egg
1 cup (250ml) milk
1 cup Self Raising Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
250g diced cooked bacon
1 carrot
1 small diced onion
80-100g salami
Small bunch chives
1/4 - 1/2 cup cheese
