i attended dashcon TWO and here's how it went!

that doesn't feed clickbait, but i don't care lol.
here's my con vlog so all my pals can see how the con went!! 'cause it sold out SO FAST!!!

let it be known i stopped posting on tumblr YEARS before most of the people at this con got into tumblr. i'm an oldie. i was on tumblr in university a LOT, doing gifs by hand (screenshotting, pressing play, pausing, screenshotting again, that kind of thing) and making memes. you know, living the dream!!! from there i went to twitter, and now i'm on bluesky because (gestures to twitter).
but i do miss using tumblr. i wish it had gotten better over the years. this con was a glimmer of hope for me. it felt like travelling back in time. i enjoyed it a lot.

when i say "the founder's mom" i meant the co-founder's mom. there were two co-founders, avis and simone, and i'm not sure whose mom we were singing to. if someone could let me know, i'll update the description.
