Welcome to my channel!
This 20(ish) minute, prenatal friendly TOTAL BODY WORKOUT will hit a bit of everything!
You can totally do this if you aren’t pregnant, and all the cues I am giving, although especially important for prenatal mamas, are good for everyone to follow!
If you ARE pregnant, make sure that you:
1) Have your doctor’s clearance to exercise, this is for your well being and that of your little one!
2) Listen to your body and take rest as needed, modifying anything that doesn’t feel quite right. You want to keep your level of perceived exertion to about a 6-7 out of 10 (where you could still maintain a conversation). And,
3) Remember to stay hydrated so make sure you have a big glass of water handy!
We will do a quick warm up but if you have more time I really recommend hitting this prenatal and postnatal warm up video!
