Orzo also goes great with all kinds of other ingredients, and in this recipe I show you how to toss in some light sauteed summer vegetables and herbs to make a light, very tasty side side dish. I'm serving the pasta with a seared piece of halibut, but the orzo will go equally well with chicken, pork...just about anything.
