Basically i buy from muscle food, every month or 2, i normally get chicken, mince, steaks, sausages. Muscle Food Delivery is good.
It works out much cheaper for me than buying from supermarkets, the breast contain no additives, so your getting more chicken for you weight rather than water, so there's no shrinkage either when cooking

I'm a keen gym goer, so these are good for protein, loosing weight or general family meals, i bulk cook meals for work
