OLI Dance played such an important role in Indigenous communities throughout the pandemic. Community members felt isolated, constrained, and unable to access creative outlets. By creating a judge-free space for youth to dance and express themselves, we see the physical benefits of movement and activity and the powerful mental health benefits.
