This is the Leblasto Bastion.

I’ve been working on this one for a while, and it’s probably the most refined system I’ve made so far. It runs on a new X-Gen mechanism with a counter-slide, which made a huge difference in reliability and how smooth it feels when firing.

It’s still fully mechanical — no batteries, no electronics — everything is powered by rubber bands. The interesting part is that the cartridges are pre-primed and actually drive the whole blowback system, while the dart itself is pushed by resistance bands. It gives it a really unique feel compared to anything else out there.

It fires 92x19mm foam darts at around 55–65 FPS, and yes — it’s full auto.

Fully 3D printable (PLA works, but I’d recommend PETG for some parts)

It’s one of those builds that’s just fun to use — lots of moving parts, good feedback, and a bit different from the usual stuff.
