In Part-198, we will integrate rich text editor like TinyMCE and CKEditor. We will add these text editors for the CMS Pages in admin panel. Text Editors will convert the HTML textarea field to a rich text editor with a lot of options that help in converting the formatted text into HTML. Basically, these text editors help to display formatted HTML code. Like if we want to make text bold for product description.

We will search in Google like "laravel text editor" and integrate a simple TinyMCE Text Editor that is free to integrate.

1) Update layout.blade.php file :-
First of all, we will integrate TinyMCE Text Editor by copying the script from the TinyMCE website i.e. https://www.tiny.cloud/solutions/wysi... and pasting it into our Laravel E-commerce website layout.blade.php file.

2) Update add_edit_cmspage.blade.php file :-
Add id "myeditorinstance" for the description textarea to add the editor for it in the add_edit_cmspage.blade.php file.

You can see we are able to integrate a simple text editor for Laravel with TinyMCE script.

Now we are going to integrate the famous CKEditor with Laravel.

3) Update layout.blade.php file :-
Now, we will integrate CKEditor Text Editor by copying the script from the CKEditor website and pasting it into our Laravel E-commerce website layout.blade.php file.

4) Update add_edit_cmspage.blade.php file :-
Add id "myeditorinstance" for the description textarea to add the editor for it in the add_edit_cmspage.blade.php file.

Now you can try making text bold or some other changes that will reflect at the front end as well.

We will now integrate Advance CKEditor by adding its script from CKEditor website.

5) Update cms_page.blade.php
Now we will update the cms page and show description from the rich text editor.

Now we are able to integrate Rich text CKEditor with all the features that help to design an attractive CMS Page.
