This is the Stage Final Boss Theme from Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (TH06) as MIDI.
The Midi version is selectable in the option menu of the game.
Another song I prefer over the original.
I can't really explain why, but I'd say that the instruments give it a better feeling. It sounds more unique that way.
