I like 10:00 AM eastern and that has been my personal experience in my personal testing.
It gives the best response rates because it gets to 7:00 AM on PST, but it's kind of at the top when they wake up and check in the morning.
It may not be the first one, but it's at the top.
So I think 10:00 AM eastern time is the best because 10:00 AM is still kind of the morning so you're hitting those east coasters.
But 7:00 AM, it's still coming through for people when they're laying in bed or when they first check it or when they first check it in the morning when they get into the office.
So I think 10:00 AM eastern is honestly the best time. But the answer is to test it in your niche.
Different niches are different.
