Описание: This is a brief clip of a the mobility circuit in our warm-up. This is a 10 station circuit done in a 30-5-30 format. This means two athletes work at a station for 30 sec and 5 sec to move to the next station. The appearance is unorganized chaos as twenty athletes do 10 different mobility exercises.
