I am uploading this video because I wanted to ease peoples fears of the console eating things sat on the top of the door. Even though my attempt at mitigating the black hole INSIDE the console was unsuccessful it was only unsuccessful due to my fears of cutting the door from the underside. If I knew the proper distances I could redesign my jig to make failure-proof model, but I am not about to take my console apart for a problem that really shouldn't happen unless I used a console organizer, which I don't. I hope this video helps someone, please post any thoughts or questions in the comments.
