🥔 What kind of gnocchi to use?

No need! Gnocchi cooks in just 4-5 minutes in the sauce (heavy cream + broth), making it a fuss-free delight. Plus, it helps thicken the sauce!

👩🍳 Cooking Steps:
Sauté seasoned mushrooms in olive oil, then set aside half.
In the same skillet, add uncooked potato gnocchi, vegetable broth or water, heavy cream, minced garlic, oregano, and smoked paprika. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Add fresh spinach and cook to your preference.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella and cook for 1 more minute.
Remove from heat and add gorgonzola.
