Today I'm cooking one of the nations favourites, Butter Chicken it is very simple to cook in the Thermomix TM6.
If you don't have a TM6 you can follow the video and apply the ingredients in a pan. Good Luck.
Butter Chicken
Ingredients.
500 g chicken breasts, skinless, diced (2-3 cm)
100 g Tikka paste
40 g ghee
150 g onions, quartered
20 g fresh root ginger, peeled, cut in round slices (2 mm)
10 g fresh coriander
3 garlic cloves
2 fresh green chillies, halved, deseeded if desired
1 tsp fine sea salt
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground turmeric
100 g water
70 g tomato purée
500 g single cream
