 It's insane to me how much opportunity there is in that space relative to the other spaces because it hasn't been leveraged nearly as much as those other spaces. 40% of businesses have never even completed the Google Business Profile. They've never even put in their hours of operation or their website or their phone number, any of that stuff.

I had a guy, he took a business from $400,000 a year to $3,000,000 a year just by optimizing their Google Business Profile.

Need to make sure that you have reviews that are being left by people. You can have mailers, you can have email follow up, text, follow up, et cetera, just to remind people to leave you a five star review.

You can upload photos, website, directions, editorial summary, which is essentially just, a summary of what your business is. Products offered, surveys, specials that are being run, you can have updates, you can have a Q and A section, like an FAQ section.”
