Trying the new NeoArt oil pastels by Caran d’Ache

In today’s video I’ll be sharing my opinion on the new NeoArt wax oil pencils by Caran d’Ache. Oil pastels are not my go-to medium, so I was sceptical at first, but having them sold individually in my local art shop finally swayed me. Spoiler Alert: I love them!
