📍 Normanton Park is located in RCR District 5 covering Buona Vista, Clementi, and West Coast. Playing into some of the biggest transformations (One-North, Science Park, Greater Southern Waterfront), there is no doubt Normanton Park looks great on paper. But, we prefer to dive deeper and look past just transformation to determine if it is in fact a development that we would buy?
We also explore the obvious red flag with regards to the developer’s (Kingsford) track record.
