this delicious crispy meringue mushrooms are so easy to make , only few ingredients and few easy steps and you will have the cutest meringue cookies ever.

ingredients
4 large egg whites
2 1/2 cups of icing sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
for decorating
dark chocolate
cocoa powder
for baking instructions
put the meringues in the oven at 200 F for 3 hours or until you can lift the meringues from the parchment paper and it easily releases from the paper, then turn the oven off , open the oven door slightly and leave the meringues in the oven with the oven turned off until it cools completely.
