After 9 months of intensive training in the Diplôme de Cuisine program at Le Cordon Bleu, our international students are ready to put their skills to the test in a professional enhancement experience. From meticulous mise en place to the final stages of cooking and serving, they will take full responsibility for preparing and presenting a refined 3-course dinner to the public and guests. With minimal guidance from our expert chef instructors, students will demonstrate the culinary techniques and creativity they’ve perfected throughout their studies, crafting each dish from scratch.
