I needed to cut some 2mm aluminium diamond plate, so I Googled it I could cut it with a Carbide-tipped Blade made for Wood, and it said yes. So this is my trial on a few bits of aluminium to see if it worked, before cutting the good aluminium for my project.
Wear all your safety gear if you too are going to try this, If this blade grabs. the sheet, it will not be pretty, and metal and teeth from the saw blade or sheet may come flying at you.
