The Agouti is a shy animal. They live in the Jungles of Central and South America as well as the southern Lesser Antillean islands and Trinidad. They are large rodents that feeds on seeds, nuts and fruits.
They have loads of unique feathers that you can see here in this video.
While in Costa Rica, I was able to capture footage of this wild Agouti feeding on the edge of the jungle.
I hope you enjoy the sounds of nature and seeing this beautiful wild animal feeding undisturbed.
