Pokemon Legends Z-A - is this it? | Switch 2 REVIEW

Описание: Pokemon Legends Z-A the first Nintendo Switch 2 Pokemon game, and it didn't get the best reception. This is my review of a controversial, but fun, Pokemon outing that may be the final straw!

In this review I look at the new Pokemon Battles, and new catching systems. I take a look at the staples of the Pokemon series, and see how they stack up to Legends Z-A.

I also evaluate the story, narrative, and Z-A Royale - the brand new ranking system for Pokemon trainers in Lumiose City!!

I also take a look at the lack of voice-acting in this HUGE Nintendo Switch 2 title, as well as the controversial and much discussed Graphics, especially the buildings and locations of this famous Pokemon city.

And I even find time to talk about realistic Pokemon Graphics, and the expectations the general audience may have for Nintendo and the Pokemon game franchise.

And not forgetting weighing up the graphics of this new Pokemon adventure against similar Anime JRPGs of the past decade...

My Review System:
I give games letter grades, with S being the top tier and F being the bottom Tier - I expect it to be rare that games get either of these grades.
I also will sometimes award a game a + (for example B+) and I usually do this when I’m mentally struggling between two grades, so if I can’t decide if a game is an A or a B, I’ll usually give it a B+ to break the mental deadlock!

S - These games are incredibly special to me personally, I think they’re exceptional games that really deliver on what they’re aiming for. But, they also have the added emotional, or personal weight that makes them stand above the rest in my mind.

A - You’d be hard pressed to find a better game in the same genre, these are masterful executions of game design that deliver in spades. An A rank game is HIGHLY recommended to almost anyone, but particularly to people that are fans of that genre.

B - This is a really solid game. It is mostly good, some great, with a few minor drawbacks. B rank games will absolutely be worth your time, particularly fans of the games genre, but it just probably won’t be your absolute favourite.

C - These are good games, solid, fun, and a good all around package. However, there are issues, and possibly one or two major ones. Fans of the games genre will probably have fun with a C rank game, but if you don’t like the genre, it probably won’t change your mind.

D - Not a great game, this is a disappointing experience that I feel failed to deliver on its goals as a video game. If you’re a HUGE fan of the genre, then maybe there’s something here for you, but everyone else should probably spend their money somewhere else.

E - This is a bad game, it's not in any way recommended for anyone to play this, even genre fans may find very, very little here to be positive about.

F - Irredeemable Slop. A Mess, and one of the WORST gaming experiences of my life. (There are almost NO games I feel this badly about!)
