I wanted to create a play-along that DIDN'T constantly change the rhythmic structure (like many other play-alongs), since it's not the most efficient way to get comfortable in odd time signatures. So, therefore I wanted this play-along (or practice-along actually suits it better) to be based on a repeated theme, as well as reoccurring rhythms.
I hope you find the music groovy and inspirational. Please apply everything from grooves to technique exercises to this play-along. If you practice to this daily, you will get A LOT more comfortable in 3/4. The more phrases you practice over this, the more freedom you'll get.
