I got my real estate license and joined Century 21 KIMA properties 7 short months ago! Since then I’ve closed 17 transactions averaging 104K sales price per transaction. Nothing fancy but I’ve learned alot! My favorite transactions are recreational land, farms, and rural homes, but my main business has been residential real estate.
I’m going to start sharing everything I’ve learned along the way. What’s worked and what has not worked. I hope to be of value to clients, consumers, customers, and new realtors.
