Heritage, established tree over a small out buiding at the back corner of the house. The clients had dry mulch nuggets applied for several seasons. The critical root zone needed to be examined and opened up to air and water. The earthworm population was very healthy in a very small layer of topsoil covering a compacted root feeding field. We did the root collar, radially trenched the CRZ, added granular fertilizers and amendments and then raked it over. #airtools #treepreservation #treemaintenance #blasting #mulching #earthworms #pecan
