Описание: Elshan Shakaroff was born on February 22, 1976, in the city of Baku, Azerbaijan, where he grew up.

He received his primary and secondary education at School No. 204 in the Khatai district of Baku (1982-1993).

He obtained his first higher education in the Faculty of Statistics at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (1993-1997).

He completed his second higher education in Islamic sciences at the Faculty of Hadith of the Islamic University of Madinah (1999-2005).

During his years of religious study, Elshan Shakaroff gained knowledge from a number of renowned Islamic scholars and sheikhs, including:
