I made a famous street food in Korea, corn dogs. (In Korea, it is called a hot dog.) There are a lot of different toppings, so I made

three.

☆Dough Ingredients

-150g Bread flour (can be used plain flour)
-50g Rice flour (you can substitute plain flour)
-30g Sugar
-4g Salt
-4g Instant dry yeast
-1(50g) Room temperature egg
-100ml warm water

☆Ingredients

-3 Sausages (12cm
-Mozzarella cheese
-5wooden skewers

•☆ Toppings

-Bread crubms
-1 potato (145g) + 1 tbsp cornstarch (2
toppings)
-Half instant ramen noodle (3 toppings)
-Sugar
-ketchup
-Mustard


◇TIP

●If you are allergic to eggs, replace with water equal to the weight of the egg.

●If you add cheese, fry it quickly over medium
heat as it may leak if you fry it for a long time. ●For a quick fermenting tip, soak the dough in a pot of warm water for 1 hour.

●Change the cold water once in the middle.
