This is just a breakdown of everything I put in my resupply box after doing the PCT. I’m preparing for the CDT. This is super calorie dense and is just food. On the PCT I had more non food items like socks, toothbrushes and sunscreen but found those things easier to just grab in stores or order ahead online. I hope this is helpful.
The 100ml bags are from Amazon. The ziplocks are freezer bags so the don’t rip or puncture.
I hope this helps some of you doing this for the first time!
