[Weather] Rainy Tuesday, heavy snow in parts of Gangwon-do

Good morning. It's a rainy Tuesday for most of the country, keep an umbrella handy as it's forecast to rain all day.
Parts of Gangwon-do Province will see more than 80 millimeters of rain while the rest of us will see 10 to 60. Mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province will see heavy snowfall with a heavy snow advisory issued early this morning.
Afternoon highs will be a few notches lower than yesterday for other upper and central regions, Seoul getting up to 9 degrees Celsius
Meanwhile, highs in southern provinces will be in the mid teens while Jeju will hit 20 degrees Celsius. However, coastal regions and inland areas will see winds picking up in the afternoon.
Wet weather will let up today while Jeju Island will see showers until early tomorrow, while the east coast be aware that we could see snow through Thursday.
