最喜欢的下雨天,也真的适合煲个汤。
这个搭配属于广式那种比较清甜不油腻的汤,没有先焯水而是一直不停的撇浮沫也是因为这样可以让汤更加清澈不油腻。
这次没有加冰糖和葱花,因为梨子的味道比较细微,我不希望被它们的味道给平衡掉了,但喜欢的人真的随意哈,加冰糖味道会更鲜甜,放葱花会更香当然肯定都是没有问题的。
