Scott Kammerer is the CEO of SoDel Concepts, which owns the SoDel family of businesses, including Southern Delaware Brewing, Highwater Management, and SoDel Ventures.
Under his leadership, SoDel Concepts has grown to 26 restaurants and has been named the second-largest employer in Sussex County, Delaware. Its portfolio includes well-known names such as Bluecoast Seafood Grill, Fish On, Matt’s Fish Camp, The Clubhouse at Baywood, and many more.
Scott has been widely recognized for his impact on the restaurant industry at both the state and national levels. After leading the industry through the pandemic as Chairman of the Delaware Restaurant Association, he earned a board seat on the National Restaurant Association. Delaware Business Times also named SoDel Concepts the Best Family-Owned Business in Delaware.
