For some reason, I cannot get the BMW GTR to show up in the shop with junkman performance part using extra options so I found an alternative and it is a profile that has a BMW GTR with junkman parts in it. Do keep in mind that if you are going to use this profile that the extra options that allow for more cars to show up will not show with this profile.
