The Stelron Rotary Assembly Dial (RAD) machine bases are primarily a small synchronous assembly system. Utilizing Stelron RD Dial Indexers with output overload as a primary transport system. We can integrate most of our standard product lines to facilitate assembly and processing. Units such as Cam Slides, Reciprocators, Translators, Vari-paks and primary TransParts to load unload and check parts for small assemblies. We also have available a Toggle press for synchronous light pressing operations. The use of TransParts mounted below the table top with only a shaft and support bearing coming through the table top, allows a cleaner more accessible table top.
