Who is Kouri Richins?

Ko40uri Richins is a Utah mother of three (from the Park City/Kamas area) and a former real estate agent who drew national attention after she self-published a children’s grief book, Are You With Me?, following the 2022 death of her husband, Eric Richins. Prosecutors later charged her in connection with his death, alleging she fatally poisoned him with fentanyl in March 2022 and also alleging an earlier attempted poisoning in February 2022. Richins has denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty.
