Animated using ToonSquid | My first full animation test!


This PMV tells the backstory of Seikyuu, the Lord of Thunder and Storms—one of the most feared and powerful figures in the world of Night of Beasts. Born in the frozen nation of Levin, Seikyuu grew up surrounded by harsh conditions, starvation, and desperation. But instead of succumbing to the cruelty of his world, he rose above it—through raw force, storm-born magic, and sheer will.
Seikyuu wasn't given his title... he took it.
The video follows his journey from a starving child to a tyrant god. A king not by birthright, but by lightning and blood. Levin, his homeland, flourished on the suffering of others—addiction, exploitation, and fear fueled its rise. And at the center of it all was Seikyuu, ruling with a storm in his chest and nothing but ambition in his heart.
This is my first animation using ToonSquid, so it’s also a big test and learning experience for me! I wanted to challenge myself with motion, atmosphere, and emotional storytelling—and Seikyuu felt like the perfect character to dive into something gritty and intense.
