A friend burned this video to CD and mailed it to ButMadNNW almost a decade ago. The friend didn't remember where she'd gotten it, but thanks to Jeannie274, we now know that it was created by Kareem & Bassam (Jeannie274 has promised to upload two other K&B vids, so look for them! :-)).
