Skyrim SE, Making Animated Wallpaper - Any Video as a Fully Animated Main Menu Wallpaper

Описание: I was asked to show a 'start to finish' process, on how to make Animated Wallpaper replacers for this mod. I do hope this is useful for folks wanting to make something fun for their Skyrim SE Main Menu Wallpaper.
This process does also work for Skyrim LE, just grab the LE version of the mod

note:
Currently, to tell which animations will instal which length mesh (logo.nif) it is necessary to open the mod up and look inside it - which is which, this will be addressed in an update to make sharing replacers a lot easier.
