Tonight’s EFT in Pajamas session is about something that can feel surprisingly vulnerable: letting yourself receive love.
So many of us are comfortable giving, supporting, and showing up for everyone else… but receiving care, compliments, support, or affection can feel uncomfortable or even unsafe. In this gentle evening tapping session, we practice softening our guard and allowing love to land.
This session will help you:
• Release resistance to receiving support
• Let go of the need to perform for love
• Feel safer being cared for
• Allow kindness and affection to settle into your body
You do not have to earn love. You do not have to prove yourself. You are allowed to receive.
