Alexus Van Kerckhove is a determined and hardworking high school sophomore who first took the stage at You Conferences in 2019 at Courageously You, proving that confidence and leadership have no age limit. At just 16, she balances a full plate—excelling as a volleyball player, track athlete, and dedicated student, all while holding down two jobs and being an amazing sister. She has ambitions to join the military and become an engineer in the future.
Her strong work ethic and drive set her apart, both on and off the court. Whether she’s competing in sports, showing up for her team, or tackling responsibilities at work, Alexus approaches every challenge with resilience and determination. As the daughter of a cancer survivor and Kendra’s stepdaughter, she’s grown up surrounded by strong, ambitious women and continues to inspire others with her dedication and grit. Alexus is proof that with hard work and heart, anything is possible—even when your schedule is as packed as hers!
