Final hand on Nano white.
What is Nano White ?
Nano white is a crystallized glass which is used as kitchen counter top. This product is very hard and will not absorb any stain or spot. If you get an inferior product, or it is not installed improperly or not taken care properly can create a lot of problem.
Hadeling Nano white always require skilled labour and special tools if proper tools are not use then you might end up with cracks and unsatisfied finish.
Process
1.First install the kitchen otta as per design.
2.Then clean it and fill the joint with matching gap filler.
3.To get proper shine you have to polish it with 7 different polish pad .
4.Starting from 00 to 06 polish pads can be use.
5.At the end you can apply stain protection chemical and Buff it with buffing pad as shown in video.
6.In places where u can't use polish pads use polish paper and polish that part manually.
7.Then cover it with protection sheet till hand over.as scratches on this stone is very much difficult to remove.
Nano white is very high maintenance stone you have to take care of it while using and working on it.
