Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this Hellwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar. Now, this anti-sway bar has been designed to fit your 1992 to 2014 Ford Van E-150. And on custom-fit parts such as this bar, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com. Just input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you.

Now, this is designed to fit your vehicle and work in conjunction with its suspension system. And this bar is designed to avoid interference with most popular aftermarket add-ons and accessories. And this is going to help minimize the side-to-side movement, improving the overall stability of your vehicle. This system is going to let you execute turns and quick maneuvers with confidence, giving you a level ride even on irregular surfaces. It's gonna also help reduce driver fatigue by minimizing the effort required to keep your vehicle in line.

It's also gonna help diminish the effects of crosswinds, passing motorists, and shifting cargo. Basically this anti-sway bar does for that side-to-side movement what a good pair of shocks does for that up-and-down motion, giving you a marked improvement in the overall stability of your vehicle. And I've talked to those who especially have installed Hellwig anti-sway bars on their trucks, and they say as soon as this thing's installed and they get in their vehicle and they drive it for the first time, they immediately feel the benefits of having this installed, so you will as well. Now, the bushings are made of polyurethane instead of the standard rubber variety. That's gonna give you a longer-lasting system.

So as you know, less wear means less give in the system and better overall support. Now, the diameter of this bar is 1-1/8 inches. It is made here in the USA of solid, heat-treated chromoly steel, giving you that superior strength.

And another closeup, I just wanna show you that this bar features a silver vein hammer-toned finish that's not only gonna give you protection from corrosion, but the finish actually has little divots in it, so when you grease your polyurethane bushings and slide them on the bar, this finish is gonna do a good job of holding that grease in the bushings to prevent them from squeaking. So you're gonna get everything that you see here on my table before me. You're going to get zinc-plated mounting hardware, U-bolts. The brackets here are gonna be finished in a black powder coat finish, again, to fight off that corrosion.
