Should you carry a notebook?

No matter what you’re working on, ideas will come when you least expect them. The best thing you can do to take good care of those ideas is to write them down.

There’s also something about the tactile nature of putting pen to paper. Research even shows that writing things in an analog format actually help you retain information in your brain better.

Whether it’s a dream you had in the middle of the night, or an all morning brain storm – jotting down your ideas will help you both now and later.
