Welcome back to Wtf Rc Cars,
Here we have the Hobbywing cappack,
These are to help the stock capacitors when running high rpm as this can cause high amounts of back emf making the stock capacitors over heat,
Its also worth fitting the cappack to esc's if your running a heavier rc,
In general the closer you can fit the capacitors to the esc posts the better but they still work with the stock supplied cane length :)
