WEEK 3!! continuing the chapter of stretching out my lower back and hips. yin is type of yoga that targets blood flow and mobility to connective tissue and joints. it's a little bit harder to narrate since i stay in the poses longer than the past 2 weeks, but that is a lesson in itself. thanks for watching. :)
