I got the dream run. (Spelunky Eggplant Speedrun World Record)

Never would have imagined this for years. There's a lot to say about this world record, but I'll try to keep it brief.

Chain Eggplant% is sort of Spelunky's "golden category" due to its history leading up to the world first completion. It was sort of an unintentional ARG that spawned a huge community-wide effort to pull off an easter egg only meant for co-op play. As a result, doing it solo is a big deal and very exciting.

This run is actually not at all optimized still, I had a slow early game and had to go to the Mothership for the Robot character. But a perfect Temple saved enough time, with me barely surviving a super difficult Hell.

This run also has a lot of modernized strategies in it -- notably, it uses Aircrawl Mammoth Strats on the Moai level to retain the Eggplant, and it uses a bin border item swap to trick the Robot into carrying the Eggplant for me. Both of these strategies are extremely useful and relatively recent, so getting a record with them is very exciting!

That's all I have to say. This run is a dream come true.
