Описание: On a cold day I hike out with my buddy with old military surplus gear for a bushcraft overnighter. I carry the German Jägerrucksack, the US LCE, the Finnish M65 Field Cap, the Polish Army Lavvu and many more good old and trustworthy surplus items. Hiking along the forest we find some interesting places and listen to the sounds of nature. We eventually find a spot for the night where I set up my Polish Lavvu using a ridge line and a small hack with a piece of wood. I utilise a dead tree and only my knife to make a fire from a solid piece of tree. The background for this little survival / bushcraft exercise is that you always find dry wood in the core of a dead standing tree, even after days of severe rain. Once the fire is crackling, we prepare some food in the German Army Mess Kit, hanging over the fire from the ridgeline. I make a pot hanger from a wooden stick. We enjoy the beautiful sunset and a hot meal after a long day. After some time by the fire we go to bed. The next morning it begins to snow a little and we make fire from birch bark to brew a cup of coffee. We break camp and head home, passing by some massive rocks and a waterfall.
