Описание: The Frick Sawmill has something called the "Setworks" which is basically the heart of the sawmill. The setworks determines the size of the boards you are sawing. Now seeing that none of use are actually trained sawyers... we are far from experts on understanding and using the setworks on the Frick. It's a somewhat complicated mechanism, because it has adjustments for sawing boards a bit thinner or heavier, and it has two settings so by just moving your wrist you can saw two different sized boards. And, it is set up so you have a mechanical advantage when pulling the log towards you, but for going back (when there is no log on the knees) it is geared to move the knees faster. These old geezers used their heads when they built these a hundred years ago!
