On Monday, Isaiah Washington posted a photo of his former ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ co-star, Katherine Heigl, on Twitter, accusing her of saying he should never be allowed to speak publicly. The two starred alongside each other in the early seasons of the hit ABC series. In 2006, Heigl alleged that Washington made a homophobic slur towards their co-star T.R. Knight on-set. After he denied the claim at the 2007 Golden Globe Awards, Heigl reportedly declared that Washington “needs to just not speak in public.” ABC later announced Washington would not be returning to the show for it’s fourth season.
